[2]- Create a new layer1 from the Layer window
now fill with
any dark color
[3]- Type any words with Text tool.
[4]- Now go to Select>Load selection>click ok
[5]- Go to Channels window
now click on the Save selection.
[6]- Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur use the
following
settings Use this effect 3 times go to
filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur, Radius:3%,
at last Radius:1pixel
[7]- Go back to the Layer window And select the Layer1
now
go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effects
and use the following settings
[8]- Now again go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur
and use
the following settings
[9]- Double click on this Text Layer and
select the Outer Glow
from the Layer style
and use the following settings .
[10]- Your Image has been completed.
