[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels
of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now fill the background with color black.
[3] Then take the Custom
Shape Tool select this one
see in the
next image.
[4] Now create a shape fill the selection with color white.
[5] Now go to Channel Pallete
create new channel.
[6] Now fill the selection with color white.
[7] Then go to Filter>Blur>Gaussina Blur.
[8] Then click ok Don't Deselect Press Cntl+C, to copy.
[9] Then come back the Layer Pallete make the new layer and
Press Cnlt+V, to paste your image should be look like this.
[10] No go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effect apply the
following settings.
[11] Your image something look like this.
[12] Now add some color Press Cntl+B
to Color Balance use these
settings.
[13] Your final image should be look like this.
