[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 300 pixels
of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now take the Gradient Tool

set the gradient color.
[3] Fill the background layer with the help of gradient tool.
[4] And now take the Text Tool
and
create a text as shown image below.
[5] Then go to Layer Style select the
Drop Shawod use the following
settings.
[6] Don't click ok select the Bevel and Emboss
use the following
settings.
.[7] Don't click ok select the Contour Elements
use the following
settings.
[8] Don't click ok select the Texture Elemtnets
use the following
settings.
[9] Don't click ok select the Pattern Overlay
Pattern use the
following settings.
[10] Don't click ok select the Stroke Structure
use the following
settings.
[11] Your image should be look like this.
[12] Now make the copy of layer Zig
and arrange the layer as
shown image below.
[13] Now go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur.
[14] Your image something look like this.
[15] Then go to Layer>Flatten Image.
[16] And now add some color press Cntl+U
, apply the following
settings.
