Making a custom shape leaf into an art form

Here I wanted to display some techniques that you can use on a custom shape and turn it into an art form.
[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels by 400 pixels and resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now fill the Background with
color Black, then take the
Shape
Tool and choose this one as shown image.
[3] Then create a new layer.
[4] And now create a shape and fill the
color White do not Deselect.
[5] Now go to Filter>Render>Clouds.
[6] Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur use these values.
[7] Your image should be look like this.
[8] Now to to Filter>Sketch>Chrome
apply the following
settings.
[9] Your image should be look like this.
[10] Now press Cnlt+U, to Hue/Saturation apply these settings.
[11] And then make the copy of Background Layer
and change the
Blending Mode Screen.
[12] Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur
use these settings.
[13] Your image should be look like this.
[14] And now go to Filter>Distrot>Twirl
apply the following
settings.
[15] Now press Cntl+U, to Hue/Saturation
apply the following
settings.
[16] Here is your final image.
