Here I will tell  you how to create Animated-Clock - Photoshop animation effect tutorial

[1]- First of all open a new document size 317x332 pixel, 
96 resolution, RGB color mode

[2]- Now create a new layer from
the layer palette as shown below

[3]- Now create a new circle help by the
 Elliptical Marquee tool after that fill the
 Black color with Alt+Backspace

[4]- Right click on this Layer1
 and select the Duplicate layer

[5]- Press the Ctrl+T and small this shape 
now press the Enter key on your key board

[6]- Now press the "Delete" key on 
your key board after that select the
 layer1copy and right click on this 
now select the Delete layer

[8]- Double click on this layer1 and select the
 "Satin" from the Layer style 
and use the following settings

 the Text tool from the Tool bar

[11]- Create a new layer2
from the layer palette and
 create a new circle help 
by the Elliptical maqueee tool

[12]- Now select the Angle 
Gradient tool from the Layer palette

[13]- Fill the Color help
by the Gradient tool now 
press the Ctrl+D to deselect

[14]- Now select the Arrow shape from
 the Custom shape tool in the Tool bar

[15]-Create a new layer3 
from the layer palette and 
now create a new shape 
after that fill the any 
nice color now deselect

[16]- Double click on this layer3 and select the
Drop Shadow from the Layer style 
now use the following settings

[17]- Now select the Bevel and Emboss 
and use the following settings

 look like this

[19]- Now right click on 
this layer and select the 
Duplicate layer and 
set this image , if you
 want than change to color

and create a new shape help by 
the Marquee tool and
 fill the any nice color

select the Duplicate layer as shown below

and move it shape after 
that press the Enter key

the Transform selection .
