So, I am writing following steps by which you
can also create Grass Effect on Text

Lets read and understand the following steps

[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size
Height & Width 400x400pixels Resolution 96 and
Mode RGB ColorAs shown below

[2]-Now select these colours and fill the yellow
color in background by the Press Ctrl+Backspace

[3]-Now select Text Tool
and write words as shown below

[4]-Now go to Filter>Sketch>Torn Edges
as shown below

[5]-Now use the following
settings in Torn Edges

[6]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur
and apply the following settings

[7]-After used the above settings your
Text will be look as shown below

[8]-Now select Text Layer and Click on 'f '
which is indicating by finger sign as shown below

[9]-Now select Inner Shadow
and use the following settings

[10]-Now select Outer Glow
and use the following settings

and apply the following settings

[12]-Now select Bevel & Emboss
and apply the following settings

and use the following settings

[14]-Now select Texture Elements
and use the following settings

[15]-Now select Gradient Overlay
and use the following settings

[16]-At last, all settings have been completed
and Grass Effect also appeared as shown below
