So, I am writing following steps by which
you can also appear the Glace-Effect on Text.

Lets read and understand very carefully of following steps

[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size 400x400 pixels
Resolution 72, and Mode RGB Color as shown below

[]-Now fill background with any
color by Press the Alt+Backspace

[2]-Now select Text Tool
and write words as shown below

[3]-Now select Text Layer and Click on
sign 'f ' which on bottom left in Layer Pallete

[4]-In layer style select Drop Shadow
and use the followings steps

[5]-Now select Outer Glow
and apply the following settings

[6]-Now select Inner Glow
and apply the following settings

[7]-Now select Satin and
use the following settings

[8]-And now select the Stroke
and apply the following settings

[9]-Now your Text will be
shown as below in picture

[10]-Now select Text Layer and Press
'Ctrl+J' for making duplicate layer

And after that select Original Text Layer
(which must be below duplicate layer)

[11]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
as shown below

And apply the
following settings

[12]-Now your Text will be
shown as below in picture

[13]-Now go to Filter>Distort>Pinch
and use the following settings

[14]-At last all settings have been completed and your
Text will be shown with Glace-Effect as below in picture
