[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Fill the new document color with black.
[3] Now ge the out line tool
and it to 5 Pixles
with the foreground at white.
[4] Go to Filter>Distort>Shear
use the following settings.
[5] Your image should be look like this.
[6] Go to Filter>Stylilze>Wind and
apply the following
settings.
[7] Press Cntl+F 2 more time your
image should be look like
this.
[8] Go to Filter>Stylilze>Wind and
apply the following
settings.
[9] Press Cntl+F 2 more time your
image should be look like
this.
[10] Now make the copy of layer1.
[11 Then go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
apply the following
settings.
[12] Again go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
apply the following
settings.
[13] Your image should be look like this.
[14] And now Press Cntl+E to merge the
layer see in the next
image.
[15] Select the graident tool from the tool pallete .
[16] Make a new layer from the layer pallete.
[17] And Cntl+Click on the layer1
see in the next image.
[18] And drug the gradient with selection.
[19] Make the copy of layer1.
[20] Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation
apply these
settings.
[21] Your image should be look like this.
[22] Make the copy of layer1 copy.
[23] Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation
apply these
settings.
[24] Your final image should be look like this.
